Taking the first step toward support takes courage.
Change begins quietly. Finding the right therapist isn’t easy, and getting here is already a meaningful first step.
“My life's work has been dedicated to making sense of emotional pain and the complexities of relationships. I support couples and individuals looking to emerge from stifling, old patterns and to transform emotional pain into fuel for deeper, more connected relationships.”
You don't have to figure it out alone.

NOW OFFERING
EMDR & IFS Intensives
Go deeper. Get unstuck. Create meaningful change in a focused, immersive experience.
IFS/EMDR Intensives offer a focused, immersive alternative to traditional weekly therapy, with a dedicated full day to focus on the issues that matter most to you. Intensives can be used for deeper trauma processing, relationship patterns, anxiety, life transitions, or other areas where you're ready for more focused work. They can be stand-alone or complement ongoing therapy, and each day is tailored to your individual goals using IFS, EMDR, or an integrated approach.
